About Saint Gertrude

In 2008, Amy Constable rescued her first printing press from a chicken shed in Moe and lovingly restored it back to working order. Ten years and six presses later, Amy is one of Australia's foremost letterpress printers.

Between 2013 to 2017, Saint Gertrude ran the first Australian Letterpress School and Open Access Studio Program; a learning opportunity so rare that it attracted students from all over Australia and the world.

A professional writer and self-confessed book nerd, Amy wears her love of the printed page on her sleeve.
