Buying our books from a retail store

Yes, you can buy Creative Minds' books at bookstores and boutiques around Australia. See a list here.

Buying online: Shipping + delivery times

If you purchase directly from our online store we aim to ship your product within 4 days of receipt of payment, but it’s usually within 1-2 days. Books ship from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 4-14 days for delivery to Australian addresses (especially outside of metropolitan areas) and 14-40 days if you live internationally. 

Yes, we realise that international shipping is crazy expensive - but unfortunately this is around what it costs via Australia Post. We wish it was less! Please contact us before ordering if you want an accurate shipping cost for your specific order.

Depending on what you’ve ordered from us, books are shipped via standard Australia Post parcel post or courier.

Damaged goods

If your product arrives damaged, that certainly wasn't our intention. Please contact us with a photograph of the damaged book within 7 days. Generally we will replace the product free of charge.

Refunds + exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or store credit at this time. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any product. Thanks for understanding!

eBooks

To protect the security of your digital transactions, every eBook download link is unique to the purchase and expires 24 hours after the link is first clicked. If your link has expired, please contact us.

Currently, Owning It is not available as an eBook (we think it is much more useful and impactful in print form, anyway). If and when eBooks become available for our other titles they will be listed in our online shop.
