Ethical Australian wool for knitting wins Frankie Magazine small business award

Shamefully I am quite late in revealing here the small business that I chose to receive first prize in the Frankie Good Stuff Awards a couple of months ago!

After an extremely tough decision - given the high calibre of the small business category finalists - I chose Wooldays, a husband-and-wife run luxury yarn business who produce ethical, single-source, Australian wool for passionate knitters and crafters.

Wooldays commitment to quality across all aspects of their biz and innovation in several key aspects (including fully reusable postage containers - the small business' white whale!) was and is exemplary. And after meeting them at the recent winner’s dinner, I can confirm that Megan and Robbie are SUPER nice people who are passionate and committed to supporting the wool industry here in Australia, and providing knitters with a ethical and sustainable source of wool!.
